I was doing really well getting to know this girl in my chemistry cl. I was saying all the right things and everything I think she was really falling for me but just as I was planning to make the final move and ask her out, my life started to fall apart. I had messed up on one of my exams, got into alot of trouble with one of the professors I also had some more personal issues I had to deal with, and I was basically having a meltdown so I had to put her and any potential relationships on hold. Of course she didnt call me or anything to see what was happening because she is really shy and I had been making all the moves so far so there was no more communication between us. It took me much longer than expected to get my life back on track ( a month and a half). I'm not sure how much damage I've done but at first she used to glance in my direction to see if I was looking at her, but after a while I guess she realized i was ignoring her and she started to ignore me too. So today I decided to say "hello" to her in the hallway, she looked at me for a while for a good 10 secs with an unfriendly face then she said "oh hi Jon" and walked away. Yea she didn't look too happy to see me. I tried calling her but she doesnt pick out and now she doesnt even reply to me on facebook. Could somebody plz tell how to fix this, we're college freshmen.

What to do....I hate my husband's ex and resent the daughter?

I have $24,000 in student loans. $14,500 are subsidized and $9,500 are unsubsidized. They are government loans though FASFA. Should I consolidate them now or hope that they rate goes down and wait?

They reinvent science and imagine positive feedbacks and tipping points when it is blatantly obvious from the climate record that negative feedback exists. Anything that someone can conceive of that might be negative is believed as gospel by alarmists because it supports their doomsday cult and anti-capitalist mentality.

I had a hysterectomy about 8 years ago so no aunt flo isn't coming to visit and no I'm not pregnant. Is it unhealthy to eat Spaghetti everyday?

I eat 100% whole wheat Spaghetti everyday for lunch. I have it with Prego sauce, its just tomato sauce, no meat in it. I eat half of the box portion which is about a bit more than a normal bowl serving. I lift every other day and run on the days I don't lift so I workout a lot. I'm gonna be playing rugby in a week so im only going to lift maybe twice a week but running almost 5 or 6 days a week. I eat a lot of whole grain/wheat products like Special K cereal and whole wheat bagels that are low in fat. Is that bad for me because im eating so many carbs? But their good carbs, complex carbs. There are a bunch of guys, one who is a neighbor, that hang out in the first floor lobby of my apartment building in Washington Heights NYC almost nightly until 5 am and make LOTS of noise. I've filed complaints with the police, and have also talked to the manager about the situation. The manager has told me they have sent a notice to the tenants, but theres not much else they can do. Jammed my pinky at bball practice 3 weeks ago, how long to heal?

Pretty self explanitory, I jammed it going up for a rebound and it swelled up a little, not a whole lot but enough to be noticeable. For a few days it hurt really bad but I know it wasn't broken, I could bend it and it only hurt when I touched the joint closest to my fingernail. Its been about 3 weeks and the pain has started to subside a little, now it only hurts when I touch something hard or touch the top or bottom of the joint. What to you think about putting children on ADD medication?

I felt the same way as you did when they wanted to my son on medication for ADHD. After asking a lot of questions and reading up on the different medications out there i know it was the right thing to do. He takes, Concerta and helps him so much. No side effects either which was what i was most worried about. Some would disagree with me but i know he can't live without it. It's the only thing that calms him down enough to concentrate. on thursday night my fiance and i had and during, it felt like he was hitting something and it was uncomfortable! not unbearable. Well yesterday morning i woke up with a dull achy pain in my lower left pelvic and abdominal area, last night the pain got a little worse and my lower back and thigh started hurting. I took some pain reliever and put heat on it, and it helped, i was not disturbed during sleep either by pain, the pain has continued on through today, and its sometimes sharp and the majority of the time is just a dull ache like a headache that wont go away! I have lived in New Jersey, New York, Nor-Cal and So-Cal.. I will never understand why people hate places they haven't really experienced. People from New York judge Jersey from the turnpike (there are a lot of nice parts of NJ I promise you). Living in all these different places I've learned that people from everywhere in the United States think that their state or region is somehow better than all the others. Should I re-home my dog to a better family?

We have 3 dogs. A Chihuahua, a Pomeranian and a Shetland Sheepdog. Our Chihuahua and Pomeranian are the best of friends and play with each other all day. They never play with our Shetland Sheepdog and the Chihuahua often attacks him and doesn't let him get toys or eat sometimes. Also, we haven't had much time to exercise him at all because I am 8 months pregnant and very swollen and sore my husband works a lot. He is very bored and he seems extremely unhappy. Seizures and Driving?

I have a question hoping to get some good sound advice from. I have epilepsy. It has been well under control for over 4 years. I have been able to get my drivers license and have been driving for the past 3 years. Recently, there was a thunderstorm with alot of lightening. I was caught in the storm that night. The lightening wasn't just a little in the distance it was the kind that lit up the whole sky. If flashed several times and at that time gave me a headache. I went home and went to sleep and woke up in the morning a little disoriented. I knew from the way I was feeling (slow to respond when people were talking to me, deep gasping breaths, and very weak) those are my signs of a seizure. I kept myself at home and stayed in bed had a seizure and was taken to the hospital and released a few hours later.. the doctor contacted the ministry of transportation and had my license suspended. Do you think that since I know what triggered the seizure that they would reinstate

Losing this weight isn't going to to do something like increase your risk of coming down with some weird disease. Losing this weight could kill you. When your body loses enough fat, it needs to find something to survive off of. It begins to eat the only thing left it can eat. Your muscles. Your heart is a muscle. Your body can and will begin to eat your heart. You can die. This is not "can be harmful" this IS harmful. 120 pounds is the crypt keeper. It's worse. You may become the crypt keeper in a way you didn't wish to be. Please don't do it. I will get down on my hands and knees and beg you not to. You can and quite possibly will KILL yourself.

I would most likely say he did quit cold turkey. If he REALLY wanted to stop, he could have. It depends on how much strength and willpower you have. He may use it once in awhile to slow mellow out the cravings, but in time he'll most likely be able to stop. That's just based on experience from one of my friends.

But your vision COULD start to get bad again and you may even need gles again in the future and you will definitely need readers when you get older as will everyone. i have seen alot of patients and i have never heard anyone who wasn't happy and havent seen any problems yet. But call the Doctor who does it cause the one we have here has free seminars once a week and will evaluate and let someone know if they are a candidate or not and the probable success rate for your specific vision. sry i'm asking this again but it gets resolved or old and it goes to like the 17th page and i'm really desperate :( ok, i went to a small private school, there were only 7 in my grade (6th) my best friend (Carlie) liked are best friend (Reid) we all sat at one table. Me and Carlie have been friends for 3 years.
