Losing 20 pounds in 2 weeks - HYDROXYCUT!! + DIET !! 6'1 120 lbs! 16 years ||?
Ok, first of all...if you watch the commericals it says in fine print "Results not typical." It is not healthy to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks unless you are morbidly obese. You are not morbidly obese. I am a female. I am 5' 8" and 120 pounds is 3 pounds underweight for ME. YOU need to be a minimum of 150 pounds to maintain a healthy weight. If you want to lose the slight flab...I suggest working out. But do NOT lose any more weight. This isn't something small. Losing this weight isn't going to to do something like increase your risk of coming down with some weird disease. Losing this weight could kill you. When your body loses enough fat, it needs to find something to survive off of. It begins to eat the only thing left it can eat. Your muscles. Your heart is a muscle. Your body can and will begin to eat your heart. You can die. This is not "can be harmful" this IS harmful. 120 pounds is the crypt keeper. It's worse. You may become the crypt keeper in a way you didn't wish to be. Please don't do it. I will get down on my hands and knees and beg you not to. You can and quite possibly will KILL yourself.
