Almost a 4 year relationship with no direction... Should I stay?

You need to move on , no offense , but at ur age there is no time for waiting ur not getting any younger and if u dont want to end up alone then u need to end it. It may even open his eyes and realize what he lost. Also, there are several red flags. If he wanted something serious he would b more involved in your kids lives knowing that one day they would be part of his family, but instead he "is not too involved overall". you would think he would want them in his life. Also he's a man, if you need help with something he needs to know how to take care of you and what ever else he needs to take care of. Its all about balance and apparently he is not ready to be a family man to take care of a family, is that what u want for your kids?and yourself? you should want a man that you know will be able to take care of you. If he gets angry when u talk about it then he is just scared to talk about it because he doesn't have an answer. Point is...you should get out.
