Have you ever experience ual discrimination in the workplace?

I am writing a paper on ual discrimination in the workplace, and I am second guessing the validity of my standpoint. I am trying to argue that it is still a problem even though there are so many policies in every company against it. I have lots of references that support my theory, but I would still like someone else's input.
