Is there any drawback to doing this (besides a bit of discomfort)?

I wear my pantyhose without panties. Yeah, I do it that way to avoid having any pantylines showing through my skirt. It feels a bit on the naked side and kind of weird, but I'm at least confident in my appearance. I slide in a pantyliner to stop leaks from happening, so I don't think there are any hygiene risks to doing what I do. Is this a bad idea?
