Endometriosis pain relief?

I was diagnosed with endometriosis about 4 years ago. I am starting to develope signs of dependancy to narcotics so I'm not wanting to take those anymore. What else is there that I can do to help get rid of the pain so I can function normally? I want to have another baby in the future so hysterectomy is not an option.
