Should i go to school tomorrow???

i'm really confused because recently my school has been infected with lice. there's probably about 20 people who have it and i am completely terrified of getting it. i also have a couple of tests tomorrow that i can't miss. should i go to school tomorrow or stay home until the lice epidemic is over???
