Meth...I have some questions?

I would most likely say he did quit cold turkey. If he REALLY wanted to stop, he could have. It depends on how much strength and willpower you have. He may use it once in awhile to slow mellow out the cravings, but in time he'll most likely be able to stop. That's just based on experience from one of my friends.
