Sick puppy please help :(?

my puppy is 8weeks old and for the past 2days shes been throwing up none stop! & has diarrhea. shes burning up like she has a fever and will not eat.I wish i could take her to the vet but i cant afford it! :( breaks my heart i cant take her! I hate seeing her like this. ive tryed giving her worm medican and chicken broth but shes still sick.What can i do to try to make her get better? What could be wrong? Please help thank you!
