Will she still like me even after I ignored her for so long?

I was doing really well getting to know this girl in my chemistry cl. I was saying all the right things and everything I think she was really falling for me but just as I was planning to make the final move and ask her out, my life started to fall apart. I had messed up on one of my exams, got into alot of trouble with one of the professors I also had some more personal issues I had to deal with, and I was basically having a meltdown so I had to put her and any potential relationships on hold. Of course she didnt call me or anything to see what was happening because she is really shy and I had been making all the moves so far so there was no more communication between us. It took me much longer than expected to get my life back on track ( a month and a half). I'm not sure how much damage I've done but at first she used to glance in my direction to see if I was looking at her, but after a while I guess she realized i was ignoring her and she started to ignore me too. So today I decided to say "hello" to her in the hallway, she looked at me for a while for a good 10 secs with an unfriendly face then she said "oh hi Jon" and walked away. Yea she didn't look too happy to see me. I tried calling her but she doesnt pick out and now she doesnt even reply to me on facebook. Could somebody plz tell how to fix this, we're college freshmen.
