If vampires were real would?

What would you think they would be like? After all Western pop culture has either made a romantic version of them, make them y (such as Trueblood), or a eating predators (such as Daybreakers). The vampires in Underworld seem to be able to also survive on animal blood. I would lean toward portrayals in Daybreakers, 30 days and Nights or Underworld
