Should I end contact with this child?

Please don't judge me so harshly. The other times I've posted this question people have gotten nasty. But anyway, here goes. I babysit an adorable little five-year-old Italian boy named Matt I recently discovered that precious Matt is very ticklish, so a lot of times I'll wrestle him to the ground and give him a few tickles on his ribs and tummy to make him laugh. Then one day I started wondering if maybe his feet were ticklish as well. And, you guessed it, they turned out to be just as ticklish as the rest of him. I like to run my fingernails down his soles and arches and tease him by saying things like, "Does that tickle?" Because I know he's laughing too hard to respond. Matt can speak Italian and sometimes he yells out in the language when I got to the super-sensitive spot right under his toes. And now for the weird part...this game really turns me on. Not tickling his ribs or stomach, just his feet. I might add that I also have a crush on his super-y father...but I don't know if that has anything to do with that. Matt is very gorgeous and will surely grow up to be as gorgeous as his father....what is wrong with me?
