99.7 is ok for 11 months old?

My baby is having mild fever from couple of days. It is hot. Im not running the AC yet. But even when is chillier he has some fever. But he doesnt have all the time fever. He is not showing any symptoms to not be ok. Is it normal to have a little fever or should i take him to the doctor?
