Any fun and romantic winter date ideas?

My boyfriend and I are looking for winter date ideas. We need something cheap too. My boyfriend doesn't like to go to places with lots of people, hes not the most social guy. He also isn't much into sports or such activities. So my ideas, hockey game, sledding, and skating are out. Any other ideas please?! thank you.
