If an obese person's legs feel like jelly does it cause their upper body to behave jelly-like?

One of my neighbours (an 18 year old girl) has made it clear that she is after my 16 year old son. My son and I met her while shopping in tesco today, her upper body wobbled like a jelly for a few seconds while she eyed up my son. It was a very strange sight.
