I have a sore throat and im going dirt biking how do i get rid of my sore throat? (answer quick!!!)?

i've had a sore throat for a few days now i've been taking medicine and drinking gringer ale but my throat is still sore what can I do?! Im going dirtbiking in 2 and a half hours?!?!?! HELP!
